Return/Exchange Period
Within 30 days from the date of purchase

Merchandise will only be accepted in its original condition (new, unused, and unwashed) with tags attached. Packaged items may be returned even after the package has been opened; however, tags must still be attached to the item. To ensure timely processing, please be sure to include your return form in your return package.

When a customer wishes to return any item for any of following reasons, the shipping cost to return the item must be paid by the customer:
⁃ Ordered a wrong item or size
⁃ Did not like the shipped item upon product arrival
⁃ Any other reasons that are not careill’s obligation

If an item delivered to a customer is different from its order e.g., item, quantity, size, color etc., or an item has scratches and dirt, its postage would be paid by us.

We will cover the shipping cost when a customer wish to return items for following reasons:
⁃ Items which are different from the description on invoice
⁃ The quantity of item are different from the invoice
⁃ Items with scratches or stains upon product arrival

Even if you return the product using cash on delivery, in the case that we do not find any inadequacy, we will refund the amount after deducting the return shipping cost.
